1. Our Products – Made with Love & Care
Bunny Basket cookies are handmade using only traditional, safe ingredients:
No maida (refined flour). No refined oil. No preservatives or chemicals.
We use whole wheat, jaggery, dry fruits, coconut, oats, and pure ghee to make our cookies
tasty, safe, and nutritious for all age groups—especially children. Each batch is made fresh. So, shape, size, or color may slightly vary. This is a sign of handcrafted purity, not a fault.
2. Ingredient Transparency – You Deserve to Know
All ingredients are clearly listed on product packs and on the website. If you or your child is allergic to nuts, dairy, or gluten, please check ingredients before ordering. If unsure, message us, we’ll help you pick the right product.
3. Shipping & Delivery – Straight from Our Oven to Your Door
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Delivery can take 2 to 7 days, depending on your pin code and courier partner. We work with trusted partners. Orders are allowed to cancel if cancelled on same day after that no cancellation allowed and no refund is payable.🔸 Please double-check your address and contact number before placing your order. Incorrect information may delay delivery, and we cannot be held responsible in that case.
4. Payment – Safe, Simple & Secure

All payments are processed through secure gateways.
We do not store or misuse your payment details. There are no hidden fees.
5. Return, Refund & Replacement – Fresh Food Policy
Since our products are fresh and edible, we don’t accept returns.
But we believe in fairness. If you receive:
A damaged pack
A wrong product
An item that is stale or expired. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with clear photos. We will check and offer a replacement or credit coupon based on the issue. Our goal is simple: You must be happy with your Bunny Basket experience.
6. Food Safety & Compliance – We Follow the Rules
All products are Lab Tested at NABL approved lab as per FSSAI guidelines. We follow proper hygiene and food safety standards under FSSAI regulations. All our products are packed in food-grade material, handled with clean hands, and made in safe spaces. We don’t just make cookies, we care about your health.
7. Delivery Zones – India Only
Currently, we deliver only within India.
If an order is placed from outside India or a non-serviceable pin code, it may be
cancelled and refunded. We’re growing fast, and we’ll announce once we go global!
8. Pricing & Product Availability – May Change Sometimes
Prices and availability of cookies may change without notice (due to raw material changes, packaging updates, or festivals). In case of a pricing error or out-of-stock product, we will cancel the order and provide a 100% refund. We always try to keep everything transparent and fair.
9. GST & Invoice – For Every Order
Our prices include GST unless mentioned otherwise. Every customer receives a digital invoice. If you want a business invoice with GST details, just email or WhatsApp us after placing the order.
10. Offers, Coupons & Free Gifts – With Some Rules

These offers are valid for a limited time and may come with conditions (like minimum cart value). Misuse of codes or multiple uses may result in cancellation. We love gifting, but fair use matters!

Re-selling our products without written permission. If misused, we may cancel orders and block access to our services. Bunny Basket is a trust-driven community. Let’s keep it that way! Misuse of website contents like images, brand name, logo, taglines may attract legal actions.
12. Delays Beyond Our Control – Natural or Unexpected Issues
Sometimes things are beyond our hands—like:
Bad weather
Strikes or courier issues
Government lockdowns or emergencies. In such cases, delivery may get delayed. We’ll inform you and keep updating. We appreciate your patience.
13. Safe for Children – But Please Be Aware. Our cookies are child-safe, made without harmful additives. Still, for kids under 3 years, parental guidance is recommended to avoid choking or allergies. We bake with the heart of a mother but every child is different.
