Payment Policies
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
We accept all major and secure forms of online payment:
- UPI (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
- Credit and Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets (if available through our payment gateway)
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Payment Failure
Sometimes, online payments may fail due to:
Bank server issues, UPI app errors, Network instability, Payment gateway downtime.
In such cases:
You may see a “Payment Failed” message.
No amount is deducted in most cases.
If the amount is debited, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
📩 If the amount is debited but you didn’t receive an order confirmation, please: Wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour, If the order is still not confirmed, contact us with your transaction ID and screenshot.
Double Charges or Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make the payment twice:
Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Provide both transaction IDs. After verification, we will issue a full refund of the extra payment within 7 working days.
Payment Safety
We use Razorpay/PayU/Stripe for secure transactions. Your card, UPI, or account information is not stored by us and is processed via encrypted servers.
Order Not Confirmed After Payment?
Due to rare system glitches, your payment may succeed but the order doesn’t reflect in our system.
In that case: Don’t worry. Your money is safe. Contact us with proof of payment. We will manually verify and either confirm the order or refund your money.
GST Invoice
Every order includes a GST-compliant invoice.
For business-related or GST input invoices, please share your GST number and firm details within 12 hours of order placement via email/WhatsApp.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (due to duplicate payment, cancellation, or quality issue) are processed as follows:
- UPI/Wallets: 2–4 business days
- Cards/Banking: 5–7 business days
- Refunds go to the original payment source only
- We will send you a refund confirmation once initiated.
No COD (Cash on Delivery)
To maintain freshness and hygiene, we currently only offer prepaid orders. This also helps avoid food wastage from returned parcels.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
Ensure a stable internet connection during payment
Not reload or back-button during payment processing.
Save payment confirmations or take a screenshot if unsure. This helps resolve issues faster in case of technical delays.
