Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Sorry, we can’t accept returns for fresh cookies once dispatched.
But if your order is wrong, damaged, stale, or expired, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit coupon right away.
How do I store the cookies after opening?
After opening, transfer the cookies into an airtight container to maintain their crunch.
Please consume within 15 days for best taste and freshness.
Leaving them open can make the cookies soft or soggy, especially in humid weather.
Are your cookies child-friendly and healthy?
Yes. We use no maida, oil, or preservatives—only whole wheat, jaggery, oats, ghee, dry fruits, and coconut. However, for children below 3, please supervise eating to avoid choking or allergy risks.
What is the shelf life of Bunny Basket cookies?
Since we do not use preservatives, artificial flavors, or chemicals, our cookies have a
naturally limited shelf life. Shelf life is usually 30 to 40 days from the date of manufacture, depending on the flavor and packaging.
What if my pin code isn’t serviceable?
We currently ship only within India.
If your pin code is unserviceable, we’ll cancel the order and refund you fully.
Why are prices or stock sometimes different?
Prices may change due to ingredient costs or festive demand.
If there’s a listing error or stock runs out, we’ll cancel your order and refund you 100%.

Yes. All orders come with a digital invoice.
