Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat), after successful payment. Delivery may take 2–7 business days depending on your location, courier partner efficiency, and local conditions. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted shipping companies like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and others to serve across most pin codes in
India. We rely on them for last-mile delivery, and once the parcel leaves our facility, tracking and timely delivery is in
their hands.
Force Majeure & Delays Beyond Our Control
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)
Public disturbances (riots, curfews, strikes)
Pandemics, lockdowns, or government restrictions
Accidents or breakdowns during transit
Courier system outages or delays due to high load (e.g. festivals)
In such cases:
We will inform you through email or WhatsApp once we know there’s a delay. We’ll work closely with the delivery partner to resolve it quickly. No refunds or cancellations are allowed due to such external delays unless the package is declared lost or undeliverable. We request your patience and support during such rare, uncontrollable events.
Damaged or Wrong Deliveries
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or wrong items
are received, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
Returns
As Bunny Basket home delivers a joy of fresh and preservative free cookies prepared in hygiene-rich environment, we do not accept returns to avoid food wastage and maintain the respect towards every bite of food.
Multiple Parcels or Delayed Items
Sometimes, orders with multiple items or large volumes may be shipped in more than one package.
Each package will have its own tracking number. Please check all tracking links before raising a concern.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. If you haven’t received it physically, please inform us within 24 hours so we can raise a claim with the courier. Delays in reporting can result in claim rejection, and we won’t be able to replace or refund the product.

To maintain freshness and hygiene, we currently only offer prepaid orders. This also helps avoid food wastage from returned parcels.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please ensure your name, address, and contact number are accurate and complete while placing the order.
If a delivery fails due to wrong address, unreachable phone number, or recipient not available:
The order may be returned to origin.
We may resend the order (only after re-shipping charges are paid).
In such cases, refunds are not applicable.
